DESCRIPTION:Commemorate our loved ones that fell victim to the 9/11 attacks at the upcoming 9/11 Memorial Service. \nThe ceremony begins at 11:00am\, Saturday\, September 11\, 2021 at the Wayne County Veterans Memorial Park on Cardinal Greenway\, Richmond. \nPlease bring your lawn chairs to enjoy seating and fellowship. The 9/11 Memorial Service will begin at 11am. \nService includes the Patriot Guards\, patriotic music\, a moment of silence\, prayer\, a remembrance wreath and will end with the Honor Guard playing taps and providing a riffle volley.
